"Life Is A Beach"

"Life is a beach" that shimmers in the light

The reflections are always so bright

"Life is a beach" that glimmers in the night

The glow from the foam is just right

"Life is a beach" that thrills and delights

The smells and the sounds all seem to excite

"Life is a beach" and the waves are a delight

The roar and pounding make it all right

"Life is a beach" of this there is no doubt

The joy it always provides is complete

"Life is a beach" is what it is all about

It provides memories that no one can delete

"Life is a beach" is great fun for everyone

It must be the reason that children run

"Life is a beach" is the young mother's smile

As she watches her children all the while

"Life is a beach" is a day that must end

And no matter how much we all try

"Life is a beach" is just a terrific memory

And in the end it was pie in the sky

"Life is a beach" that can last as long as we like

We decide if we want it to be more

"Life is a beach" can be a way of life

Or it can be just another closing door.
