YOUNG ADULTS

From time to time a breeder no longer needs a cat in their breeding or show program. These young adults are usually altered and go to new homes. After spending a year or two with us, they have most of their lives to live. We also recommend that kitten buyers have two cats. Getting one of our adults as well as a kitten is a cost-effective way to do this.

Why get adults?

1. They cost less than kittens.

2. They have stronger immune systems than kittens

2. They are pretty well trained to use their scratching posts and to stay off curtains and out of closets.

3. Older cats are less rambunctious than kittens and get into less trouble.

4. We recommend that most kittens have another cat to keep them company. A young adult is a cost effective way to get a second cat.

5. A Bombay's life span is generally 15 to 20 years. You still have many years left with your cat.

Older Adults
Free to special homes.

Emma

EMMA (PR Night Sky's Furfilled Desire) was born on 9/30/02. She is a pretty cat with excellent eye color and a wonderful coat. She has earned over 2/3 of the points needed to become a Grand Premier. Although she is not very comfortable with strangers, she loves to be around her people. She is one of our more dominant cats.

Sarah

SARAH (CH Shadowland's Catocala of Night Sky) was born on 3/19/2000. She loves attention and wants to be in your face. She has a wonderful close laying coat, excellent eye color and beautiful balance. Sarah likes to play fetch. She is a healthy cat, that wants more attention than she can get with us. She does not get along with some cats. We would like her to be placed with her friend Daniel.

Daniel

DANIEL (Night Sky's Daniel Boone) is a black Bombay born on 11/26/1999. He is a large, magnificent cat with a gentle disposition. He loves to play with a teaser. He is very affectionate and has quite a purr. He wants to be the dominant cat, so it might be best if go to an only cat household. He has been a healthy adult. He has a great purr-sonality and wants lots of hugging, petting, and brushing. We would like him to be placed with his friend Sarah
