Computer Troubleshooters (CTS) is an international network of small franchisees providing onsite computer services to small businesses. Founders Wilson and Suzanne McOrist began developing the concept in 1996 after selling their previous franchise, Express Bookkeeping, which had grown to over 200 locations in Australia and New Zealand. Computer Troubleshooters USA was formed in 1999 by Chip Reaves, who had previously built his own computer service business (CHIPTECH Computer Services) into one of the largest small business computer service firms in Georgia.
Based on the proven marketing and business strategies that make CTS successful all over the world, Computer Troubleshooters USA is continually expanding our franchise network into all parts of the country. One Regional Director in each state or region helps us coordinate and support other franchisees in that area. Low cost advertising techniques have been refined over time, keeping our franchisees growing and profitable with a minimum of overhead. And our national advertising program is already paying off, with nationwide service contracts supporting larger customers, including the IRS, Veterans Benefit Administration, and many more.
Local customers of every Computer Troubleshooters franchise benefit from the best of both worlds: the personal, friendly service you would expect from a small firm, with the support, expertise, and additional services (including application, web site development and IT consulting) you expect from a large organization. National and International customers benefit from our extensive international coverage, all coordinated through our Regional Directors in each area. All customers benefit from our low cost, low overhead franchise design, which lets our franchisees charge lower rates than most of our competition while still providing superior service.
