Training Schedules
As you can see, we're big fans of Hal Higdon. His training schedules are easy to follow and adhere to, even
for those of us with insanely busy lives. And he even encourages cross-training, which is a great way to maintain
fitness while avoiding overuse injury. Our group long runs are currently based on the Intermediate I schedule
(marked with '*' below).
