Hello Alumni,

I have finished with all the planning for Founders Day. It is going to be Feb. 3rd at the Macon Conference Center at the Holiday Inn. It will begin at 7:00 p.m. with dinner at 8:00. It will last until about 12 midnight at the hotel (whatever goes on afterwards happens). For booking rooms at the hotel the number is 478-474-2610. I still have to go tomorrow and discuss any special rates that may come about. The dress is not black tie. The price for dinner is $15 a plate. If you are not planning to eat, but would still like to attend, there is not cost for that. Either way, please RSVP as soon as possible and let me know if you plan to eat dinner there so that I can get a count to get to the hotel. As far as the Fri night alumni party, it is planned tentatively for that night at the Rookery, but that is not set in stone yet. I will let you know as soon as I get any more info on that.
