A Dinner for Our PSSG Speakers -- and YOU'RE Invited

You are invited to attend a special dinner and reception on Monday, October 27, for our very special guests Chris Butler, Dr. Brian Marsden and Dr. Richard Schmude. All will offer their own remarks about their visit and other topics immediately after dinner.

If you are planning to attend this year’s Peach State Star Gaze, this will be your last chance to meet and chat with Chris Butler and Dr. Marsden. If you can not attend this year’s Peach State Star Gaze, this will be your ONLY chance.

The dinner/reception will be Monday, October 27, at the Steak & Ale Restaurant at Lavista Rd. and I-285. Social hour begins at 6:30 p.m., with dinner at 7:30 p.m. and remarks by our guests afterwards.

This an RSVP event, so please choose from the menu selections below and send your reservation with payment by October 25. We are limited to no more than 50 persons, so please register now.

Dinner selections:

  • (Entrée) Hawaiian Chicken. 2 pieces, marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce and sherry wine. Served with rice pilaf.
  • (Entrée) Salmon. Grilled to perfection and served with rice pilaf.
  • (Entrée) Top sirloin. Certified Angus Beef, 7 oz. center-cut sirloin. Served with baked potatoe, mashed potatoe, rice pilaf or vegetable medley (indicate your choice).

    Desert: French Silk Pie. Silky-smooth chocolate mousse pie crowned with whipped cream.

    Also included are bread, PLUS your choice of salad bar, bleu cheese or iceberg salad wedge, or Caesar salad.

    ALL meals are $20 per person and include tax and gratuity.

    Appetizers, soups, other side dishes, coffee, tea and all other beverages are available for an extra charge.
