I'm slowly collecting the equipment necessary to make my own castings.   I recently purchased a Sand Muller for mixing the casting sand used to make the molds for casting the parts.  It is a Mini-Mite Sand Muller that I won on Ebay.  The catch was I had to go to Indianapolis (700 miles each way) to pick it up! Yes, I'm crazy, but on the other hand, I'm going to be playing with molten metal, so I guess it helps! :-)  Here is a picture of the muller.
