CERTIFICATE  OF AUTHENTICITY 

This document is to assert and attest that this specimen is indeed a true FAUXFOSSILIZED RAPACIOUS IMADITAUPASOUR (disputed) fore limb and claw. The matrix remains a mystery for it has taken on a fibrous, paper like nature. It has become very light weight and delicate. Testing would be detrimental to this fossil.

The legend begins in the winter of 1996. While stumbling thru a freak snow storm a Mr. Tony Waterer of the State of Georgia of the United States of America discovered the fossil. It was found near the spot where he had earlier discovered the hind foot of the same creature (disputed).

As no scientist more independent than Mr. Waterer has had an opportunity to examine this fossil, certain claims of his are in dispute. It may be that until more of this here-to-fore unknown dinosaur are discovered, the nature of its importance will remain.
